Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project – VOLUNTEER JUDGES NEEDED

The Marshall-Brennan Moot Court Competition is currently looking for judges! Marshall-Brennan is an organization where law students work with high school students throughout the semester to compete in a moot court competition. The 8 finalists from this competition will be moving on to compete in the Marshall-Brennan National Competition, which will be held in New Jersey this year!

We are looking for volunteers across all years! 2Ls and 3Ls will be judges, and 1Ls will help students navigate the building and find their classrooms. As a judge, you will be listening to the students’ arguments, asking them questions during their arguments, scoring them at the end of each round, and providing feedback to students once they finish. We will provide you with all the essential information for the moot court problem on the day of the competition.

The competition is on Saturday, November 9th from 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM. Lunch will be provided! Additionally, the hours you spend volunteering can be counted towards your Pro Bono Hours in law interactive!
