National Lawyers Guild is proud to host former Attorney General Terry Goddard and current Sandra Day O’Conner College of Law Professor Bender in a discussion regarding legal issues raised by dark money in Arizona elections. Dark money refers to the anonymous donation of large amounts of money to influence an election. Mr. Goddard is currently collecting petition signatures of Arizona registered voters to end dark money. After the event, ASU Law students are invited to become involved in the petitioning and subsequent legal issues that may arise.
