The winners of the Ross-Blakely Law Library Award for Exemplary Student Research are Claire Newfeld, 2L, who took first place, and Joanna Jandali, 2L, who took second place. Newfeld’s paper is titled Indian Boarding School Deaths and the Federal Tort Claims Act: A Route to a Remedy and Jandali’s is Jammed from Justice: How International Organization Immunity Enshrines Impunity.
