ASU Law’s Corporate and Business Law Society, Association for Corporate Growth’s Arizona Chapter, and the Office of Career and Employment Services invite ASU law students for a topic on “Why Good Deals Go Bad.” Experienced M&A attorneys will discuss the most common reasons that M&A deals fall apart, fail, or end up in litigation and give their suggestions on how deal lawyers can help prevent that from happening.
